Student Redesign: Seventh Generation Packaging by Johnny Chang

Really sweet packaging redesign by recent grad, Johnny Chang, for Seventh Generation. This is one killer student project, incorporating recycled materials, material reduction, and a strong brand enhancement focusing on the eco-conscience of Seventh Generations customer base.

From Johnny:

Seventh Generation’s redesign [has] a purposeful and sincere approach to sustainability by making the packaging more functional and practical while using less material. In this way, Seventh Generation and its customers [can] make a positive impact on our environment, creating a more harmonious world.

Composition of Mammals by Wataru Yoshida

Composition of Mammals is a student project by Tokyo born Wataru Yoshida for his BFA in graphic design at Tama Art University. The project is a series of posters for a fictional exhibition about the make-up of mammals. Yoshida used an overlay of the animal’s skeletal structure on top of an image of the mammal, blurring the detail of the image with the inner workings of it’s body.

Rocking Pot by Betina Piqueras

I’m not really a tea drinker but if I was I would want to brew it in The Rocking Pot by Betina Piqueras. The pot balances perfectly in a holder that allows you to just tip the pot forward to pour.
